REGISTRATION

New players can register for Academy teams in the spring preceding the beginning of a new year.  For example, players eligible for a U7 level will register in spring to begin play in fall.  A completed registration form and associated material with payment constitutes a completed registration.

Late registration is accepted if space is available on an age appropriate team.

CREATION OF TEAMS

Teams are created on a first come first served basis.  Teams may be formed at any level for U7-U10.  Teams can be co-ed or single gender and can have no more than 8 or 11 players per team.  The guiding principle for creating any team is to have enough players at an appropriate level AND a qualified coach.

Players are placed on teams according to their birth dates.  Age brackets fall between August 1 and the following July 31.  Players are not allowed to play down to their grade level.

An effort will be made to balance teams from the entire Washington County area. 

Players will be notified of their team assignment, coach contact information, and practice schedules by July 1 of each season.

FEES

All players pay for the fall/spring season at the time of registration.  The fee covers all expenses related to the team, including referees, fields, equipment, and tournaments. 

All new players, regardless of age level, will pay a 1 time $50 joining fee.  This will cover the expense of your uniform.

Fees increase incrementally by age as the expense of operating each team increases.

REFUNDS

Payment in full is due at the time of registration.  A refund will be granted, less the joining fee, to families or players that choose to discontinue playing prior to the season beginning.  Refund will no be granted once a season has begun.

UNIFORMS

Uniforms include a game jersey, alternate jersey, socks, and shorts.  This uniform will be used throughout the entire season and for the duration of time on an academy team.  Additional or replacement jerseys, shorts, or socks can be purchased as needed.
